Delivery Duration
Delivery time varies depending on your location and the number of orders we are sorting at that period , nevertheless we ensure we do not exceeds 25 minutes. Please always order for your grocery items like 30 minutes upfront before the required time because immediately you place your order, we send our staff directly to the stores, which the staff get it and starts packaging it immediately for quick delivery.

Our Partners (stores) do everything they can to ensure we get your grocery items delivered as quickly as possible. However, sometimes stores may receive very large amount of orders, or drivers get stuck in traffic – this unfortunately might cause delays.

If the amount of time you have waited has exceeded the estimated delivery time, you can contact us and we will look into what is going on.

How to cancel my order?
Please give us a call as soon as possible, If you would like to cancel your order after it has been confirmed for proper action.

If the staff has begun packaging the grocery items, we will be unable to issue a refund for the order.

Payment

Our Delivery charge is at the rate of 300 NAIRA Per vendor order to central areas and 500 NAIRA Per vendor order to distant areas. We will process your order after payment confirmation which can be made through BANK TRANSFER or you PAY ON DELIVERY
